Introductions 

NDIA Resources

• See appendix C, Templates & Worksheets, of State Digital Equity Plan Toolkit on page 108
• With regard to fundraising for state coalitions, it is recommended that each plan include funding for staff to deal with the day-to-day necessities of keeping things moving

NTIA Updates

• There was a disconnect between NTIA & NIST which resulted in a delay of funding for PA’s Digital Equity Plan
• Comments due May 1 – Digital Equity Act Request for Comment; NTIA tips for submitting effective comments
• PASDEC members will schedule a working group to share ideas 

PBDA Updates

1. 1. • The delay in funding has prevented Michael Baker from starting work, and this has put the development of the digital equity plan at risk
      • Efforts are being made to start to schedule events in the Southeast and Southwest parts of the State.
      • Members of the  Core Planning Team are being identified
