Jim and Kate went to Harrisburg Jan 26th. Attended PBDA board meeting and made a number of contacts from interested parties – will follow up. Also met with Matt Franchak (Policy Director for Senator Kane) and Jared Vento (Legislative Director for Senator Jimmy Dillon, the new Democratic Chair of the Senate Communications and Technology Committee)
